On May 22, 2024, the BLM Moab Field Office opened the public scoping period for the Dolores Travel Management Plan. The public scoping period closes on June 28, 2024 (extended from June 21). 

The BLM held an in-person public meeting on June 5 in Moab and a special meeting that PLPCO requested for June 20th in Grand Junction, Colorado. 

Interested parties may submit comments through the "Participate Now" function on the BLM National NEPA Register or mail input to Bureau of Land Management, ATTN: Dolores TMA, 82 E. Dogwood Avenue, Moab UT 84532.
